The system is processing the backlog. We expect the processing to be caught up in about 4 hours. We will continue monitoring and resolve the incident when that is completed.

The issue is fixed. The system is processing context and user indexing backlog. Customers may notice new contexts and users appear with a delay in their dashboards. There is no data loss. Other services are not impacted.
