Elevated error rate in streaming and polling SDK endpoints

Resolved

For 5 minutes, between 3:07pm UTC and 3:12pm UTC, we observed elevated error rates in our API endpoints used by our client-side and server-side streaming SDKs and polling SDKs in a single availability zone (us-east-1). All impact has been resolved.
