New SDK Connections Timing Out

For about a 15 minute span we noticed an increased rate of new SDK connections were failing. This likely affected some customers, but not all. The issue has been resolved. Impacted services have returned to normal operation, and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

Flag Delivery was not impacted and there was no data loss experienced.
