Users with SDK key custom role restrictions unable to view environments in web application

Resolved

Between 12:15am UTC and 9:25am UTC on May 20, users with custom roles that restricted "ViewEnvironmentSdkKey" access were unable to view restricted environments in the web application. Other roles were not impacted. As of 9:25am UTC this incident was resolved and all permissions are working as expected.
